"Learn how to make fresh mozzarella with my dad, Anthony. He will show you how to make this delicious cheese from a whole milk curd. He will then make a rolled mozzarella with prosciutto and a mozzarella with other delicious fillings!! We will also do a presentation of all the traditional foods that go with the mozzarella. We will have breaded eggplant, sautéed broccoli rabe, marinated sun-dried tomatoes, sweet & hot fryer peppers, hot dry sausage, soppressata, imported provolone and the best brick oven bread!
